Valley heat is hard on trash bins.

Sacramento summers regularly pass 100°F. The truck empties your bin, but food residue and liquid stay stuck to the walls and the bottom, and the sun bakes them in. We wash that off while the bin is empty.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your bins at the curb after pickup, lids closed, and we do the rest.

Do you serve my city?

We serve Sacramento and the nearby cities listed above. Not on the list? Call or text (916) 690-4928 and we will tell you if we can reach you.

Whose water and power do you use?

[We ask to use your outdoor faucet and outlet at no charge. If you have neither, tell us at signup.]

What if my bin is not out?

[We skip it and text you. Skipped visits are / are not charged. Decide before launch.]

What do you clean with?

We clean and deodorize. [Add product names. Say "disinfect" only if the product is EPA-registered for that and used as labeled.]

How do I cancel, pause or skip?

Use the Cancel button in your account or reply to our text. Your confirmation shows the date of your last charge.

What if my bin is already cracked?

We photograph every bin before cleaning. Existing damage is not covered, and we will tell you before we start if we see any.
